iPOD adapter (8e0051444b) - NEED help !
Hi guys !
Sorry for my English, but in my country no one has encountered this problem.
My AD installed an original Audi Ipod Adapter (part #8e0051444b) to my Audi A3 2012 a month ago. I bought it, because my Chorus doesn't play mp3 and it is really boring.
Adapter works, BUT:
1. I hear hissing between songs and in quiet places in the songs. The higher the volume the more these noises. The more treble in the Chorus the more these noises too.
The EQ of Ipod is off, volume check is too,the sound limitation is off too. The volume of Ipod is max.
2. The quality and the volume of the music, from Ipod, is quieter and poorer than music from CD of my Chorus. I use only legal songs from Itunes Store.
========
The question is - Is it normal for this device ? Or may be the adapter is incorrectly installed to my car?
I called to my AD and they said, that it's impossible to install this device wrong, because if it works(Plays songs) - it's correctly installed any way.
Thanks all for help !!!

It's been a while and hopefully you've figured it out by now, but if you put the iPod volume to about halfway (maybe a little more, but definitely don't max it out) and then use the radio volume to increase from there, you should lose the hissing.
