Question Modules - Replacement

Hi!

I'm new in the forum and have a crucial doubt about modules.

I have an Audi A4 2010/2011 and I had a problem with a sort of modules due to a crash.

I took the car and went to an official Audi service. There, the scan showed that the Power Module is with problems and they did an budget to buy a new one with this code: 8K0 907 064 CT. Ok, i entered in an VW group website and checked the info that was right.

However, I looked the code in the own car and saw that it was a bit different. Instead of 8K0 907 064 CT it was 8K0 907 064 CL. In audi parts websites, I saw that they are kinda equivalent.

So, the first question is: can I really replace the 8K0 907 064 CL for the 8K0 907 064 CT with no problems?

Second question is related to the first one.

Another module is with problem (control unit for electro- mechanical parking brake). Its code is 8K0 907 801 H. Well, I found in internet a used one in good condition but with K instead of H (8K0 907 801 K). Looking at audi diagrams (partscats.info) I realized they are pratically the same part, but I'm afraid to buy it and don't fit in my car.

So, the second question is: can I replace the 8K0 907 801 H for the 8K0 907 801 K with no problems, also? The audi service didn't said that, but I came to this conclusion because of the other recommendation.

If anyone could help me in this doubts, I would be very grateful.

In the past I purchased parts from genuineaudiparts.com and you can type in your vin number and locate that part. You can also type in your part number and it will let you know the current part (if superseded by another). That number is what the audi dealership would sell you if you went there. Hope this helps.
