mp3 adapter on symphony II+
I had the factory audi ipod adapter in my B7 08 when I bought it and was tired of it taking control of my ipod, so i took that out and sold it.
When i took it out, I reinstalled the brown wire back into the D Block (bottom left pin) which is where it came from when you went to install the audi ipod adapter, so basically, I should be back to "stock".
I went to install an aftermarket ipod adapter (enfig) and for what should be plug and play, the head unit is not recognizing the addition. I click "CD" and it just says "no cd available", I click on "mode" on the steering wheel and get "No Funct".
Do i need to plug in the VAG to set up the CD Changer port? Im a little lost.
(btw, i see tons of instructions/DIY out there for the regular symphony II , but not the +, so hopefully someone else has done this before!)
