So recently my audi fried the main power line coming out of the stereo...prevoius owner did a shoddy stereo install and something must of finally came loose and grounded out. This weekend I had some time so I started taking her apart to survey the damage. It's pretty bad. I need a used harness. I pulled the center console and traced the burned wire back to the drivers footwell carpet on the right side. So how intense is this going to be? Is it the dash harness that needs to be replaced. I found a few on ebay and I have questions pending to confirm if there the ones I need, but forum guys are the experts so here I am. Please help!!! I'd hate to have the whole car ruined from a stereo mishap. AHHHHHHHHHHH
