just installed an aftermarket head unit and aftermarket speakers all around. the front speakers are working fine but i cant seem to get any music out of my rear speakers anyone know why this is?

 

is your power, ground, signal wire all hooked up? do you have an amp hooked up to the speakers?

 

I am having the same problem with my rear speakers. Not getting anything out of the rear ones.

 

if i remember correctly, on non-bose audi b5's the rears are amplified and require low level inputs if you want to keep the amp OR you can bypass the amp altogether and run all the speakers from the radio. sorry, don't have time to make a writeup but i'm sure it's been gone over before, maybe try searchin amp integration harness, or amp bypass, or amp integration. that should get you going
