Normal Lights next to Zenon Low/High Beams

Normal Lights next to Zenon Low/High Beams
Good Day
I don't know if i am perhaps just stupid but i am new to Audi. I recently bought an Audi 2007 S3 8P and had to replace the Headlights to OEM. The previous owner replaced it with Aftermarket due to the Ballast being to expensive "sigh". I successfully replaced it and now i am finding the normal Bulbs in the middle, next to the Zenon Low/High Beams does not illuminate with any other lights. I also did a Output Test with VCDS and found that the lights are working.
Perhaps someone can point me in the right direction. Can they be coded to act as driving lights or something?
