Opinion on RNS-E Bluetooth Kits

Opinion on RNS-E Bluetooth Kits
Anyone have opinions on the "complete" bluetooth kits available on eBay for about $360? Some are from Poland, some from Spain, some don't have country listed. All claim to work on US vehicles.
I have an '06 S4 Cab with the RNS-E (that's the navigation system, right?) My steering wheel has radio controls, but not bluetooth controls. Will that matter?
I've been driving the car for about 6 weeks, and realize that I kinda need the bluetooth. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal, but going FROM BT to NO BT is hard.
Oh, and do the VW kits work with Audi?
