radio says no cdc? help?

Default radio says no cdc? help?
yea sooo my radio got wet and now the radio doesn't work, just says no cdc...
any help?

Hi

This happened with my car a year ago, two days after I bought it, and the cd/radio/tape player had to be replaced.
