Default Replacement Headunit...

Hi,
I'm looking to fit the Pioneer DEH-P9800BT (Fig1) to an Audi A3 56 plate (Fig2).
Car is fitted with just the standard audio system (Concert Headunit) without the Bose system.
(Fig3) Wiring harness' that came with the headunit
I'm not sure which harness to purchase, I've been advised to purchase the PC9-401, if anyone could shed any light on this, would be most appreciated.
If someone has already done this or has instruction on howto do thisplease let me know

Cheers,

Matrin

if the harness came with the deck, use it. if it only has the piece that goes into the deck and ends with just wire, go to a stereo shop and tell them what u have(car and deck) and ask for the appropriate harness

only problem with that is you have to cut the original conectores out picture 2 and solder the wires in? why do that when you can buy the cable all ready made up, its your choice
