I have A6 1999 with the Audi Avant concert stereo system. It has a cd changer in the back and a subwoofer/amplifier combo in the trunk.
For a wile now all speakers rumble. I first thought that the radio is bad so I bought a used replacement radio of the same make an model.
that did not help
it does not seem to be speaker related. All speakers have the same rumble sound.
I disconnected the subwoofer to see if that makes a difference but still the same problem.
i am wondering if the replacement radio is also no good. Is it possible that all speakers went bad?
I have owned the car for 18 years and had many years with a good sounding stereo system.
any advise would help
