Default Symphony radio problem

Hello Guys,
I was wondering if you could help me with a problem I'm having.
I have Symphony radio (non-bose) in my Allroad. Recently, my steering wheel controls stopped working with the radio. Last week, it went into safe mode a few times and I had to unlock it. This morning, there was no display information listed in the screen on the instrument cluster. Do you think it is the radio itself, or the wiring. The radio buttons function well and it still plays.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
