Symphony stuck CD

Symphony stuck CD

I have a A6 with symphony sound. There is a disk stuck in the system and I get a error 3 warning. How do I get to the back of the system to reset and or replace the head?

not the answer to your ?; but if you pull the fuse, it resets mine when I have that issue
