Default Trying to Activate Satellite Radio (XM)

I have SAT that came w/my 05 TT. I am not getting the signal that XM is sending to my car. I have been to my Audi dealer and they checked everything out and they say that everything is ok on their end. While I waited the dealer tried to contact XM but they were put on hold and never got through. I now requested that XM "talk" to my dealer's service mgr. to try to remedy this problem that is getting very frustrating. Now XM has the dealer's number and I hope they can solve this problem. Who do you think is responsible for this???? TIA

Well are you sure you provided XM with the right ID code from the receiver? If you did then it's probably a hardware issue. Can you hear the free XM preview channel?

Yes, I gave them the code as it appears in the screen. I now have to wait a week they say to work on the "problem". This is not what I expected. I can hear the preview channels. I also had them make an "adjustment" regarding the fact that I cannot use what I already paid for....
