I was working on my trailer lights and put a bulb in while the hazards were on. Both blinkers and hazards stopped working. I have replaced the hazard switch/relay and now the hazards do nothing and the turn signals blink very fast??? I checked the bulbs and they do blink, but very fast and dim. Out of ideas...

 

Hazard lights blink fast and do not turn off for about five miutes after turning car off.
