Default turn signals solid green all the both

Ok i know there is previous posts regarding this but not exactly my situation. So i have both my turn signals always on green even when the car is off. No signals work, netiher do hazards. I replaced the hazard switch but still no luck. This started last week, where it would make a sound like it was shorting out and the signal lights would flicker. This part is even weirder if i open my door they start working lol both signals and hazards. If i walk away from the car and arm it they stay solid, if un arm it goes back to off atleast for a little while. Do you think this could be a security issue with my alarm, or maybe with the electronic pump in the trunk (mine dosnt work anymore but still makes noise like its trying to work but wont lock any doors).

No one has had this issue before ? Also id like to add that when the car is off, the bulbs will flicker on and off, not as if they are flashing just shorting out.

So for next person who comes along and has this issue, after a week of crawling all over my car and changing everything that i thought it would be ie; hazzard switch, signal stock etc, turned out to be that the lock pump was shorting out since it didnt work anymore and sending error codes to the alarm and making the signals stay solid. I attached my vag com and cleared the central locks / alarm and have not had the issue since, cross my fingers!
