Vag-Com question about locks - USA import
I have a USA 2002 A4 B6 1.8T, that has been VAG-COM'd for use in Canada. Can anyone please help?!
My interior door UNLOCK buttons don't work. I can hear it unlocking the trunk but that's it. The key fob always unlocks all doors successfully. The LOCK buttons work fine (including the interior ones).

It seems several Canadians on the Audizine forum have the same issue I do.

Update:
I put the IC (instrument cluster) into USA mode, by setting the coding to 03200. THIS IS WHAT IS AFFECTING THE UNLOCK BUTTON! When I set it back to Canadian mode, coding 03300, the unlock button stops working.
I do NOT want miles per hour though as I do live in Canada. Does anyone know what I can do to obtain KM/hour via the IC module and still have my unlock button work?
