You can check some automotive sites they have wide selection of Audi tail lights and also different models of Audi parts.

 

Do a search and see how they look first - I've seen pics posted here before with cleared tails on the B5 A4. Personal opinion - I hate 'em as much as I do on other cars. Something about them just seems to cheapen the car, dragging it down to the level of a chopped-springs, 89 Civic four-door "type R". Trust me, your car and your decision, but take a look at how they look on the car first before spending.
