offset and width for 19's on 2000 A4

offset and width for 19's on 2000 A4
Does anyone know what offset or and width I need to make 19's work on a 2000 audi A4 FWD 1.8t? 19's look sweet on the A4 but I don't want to mess up my car. Thanks...... any idea where I can get some wheels?
