At some point in the future I would like to buy an Audi Q5 base model 2.0L and upgrade the headlights to the S-line BI-Xenon / LED style (not interested in other S-line package trim). I have seen these headlights used in good condition for a range of $100-225 per side. In addition to the headlights, is anyone familiar with all of the additional hardware required to complete the upgrade?

I assume HID bulbs and ballasts would be required if not included with the units.

I also assume Audi Q5 BI-Xenon OEM NEW LED control unit assembly, p#8R0 998 472, would be required if not already attached to the new units.

What about Xenon headlight computer module (audi part#8K0941597)?

What about interior light switch?

I'm alright with doing cabling, or even a relay or two, myself.

if u buy the stock led bixenon lights then it should be plug and play.
