doing a little research to find out if rims from an 06 vw gti will fit on my 07 audi a4 2.0 t quattro....they have the same lug pattern but the back spacing is off my fractions of an inch the vw back spacing is 5.61 inches......my audis 6.26 inches

if called a few places and have recieved 2 or 3 sales pitches to buy rims from who i was calling......and one "audi specialist" who simply said just try it

anyone got any better answers?
