New to the forum... and here is my first post.

COUNT ME IN. 2001 A4 1.8T quattro.

(but I heard that there are companies that will repair this? not true?)

 

Yep me too. 2000 avant. I noticed a couple pixel lines going out and decided to turn it off before I sell this damn thing. Between audi's displays, mirrors, control arms, etc etc....gimme an f-ing break man. Too bad too cause I really love these cars.

 

My 02 A4 and 00 A4 Both have problems

 

2001 A4 with the same problem here

Me too. 99 A4. 7/8ths gone

 

98-A6, Same problem here, okay at start-up and after an hour or two of driving they fade to black.
