sometimes when i take off from a light it seems like i only have half power , let off the throttle and go again and it takes off like a rocket. they replaced the throttle body but nothing changed. pretty scary pulling out in traffic, you dont no if it is going to go or not . my local guy cant seem to fix it .

Have it VAGed, see if there are codes.

 

HE plugged it in and it said it needed a steering sensor in the steering wheel . we tryed that but it didnt help cat seems fine.

 

If you havent had the throttle body adaptation done yet, do it. If that doesnt fix it, unplug your MAF and see if it runs better.
