I get on a fuel tank of gas with 93 octane about 320 miles, which is realyl shitty. I was wondering if there is anything cheap and easy taht i can do to get better fuel economy. Its the 6sp when doing 80 its at 3k rpm. I dont know if this is jsut how it is or can i get a nice mod to help me out.

Seriously, do a tune up, air fitler, oil change, spark plugs, fuel fitler, etc...
I would also check your tire pressure.

320 per tank doesn't sound so bad to me. That's around what I get in my S4

 

Thats about what I get with my A4 2.8 tip, got a little better with the K&N filter..
