Default 1 day old SQ7 with Active Roll Stabilization failure

2023 Audi SQ7 Prestige, just 66 miles old and completely undrivable.

Active Roll Stabilization malfunction and more. Just a mile of so of driving and the error display on the MMI, followed by the suspension going rock hard. It's obviously a reaction to the Active Roll malfunctioning as stiffening the suspension would create less sideways roll. Dealership scratching their heads, Audi USA appears to have no answers, we have a car that was booked in to service after one day of ownership. My month Audi so far and third Q7 (an SQ7 Prestige this time).

Suspension stiffens up so bad that the car bounces harder than a go-kart on solid tires.

Anyone with a similar issue, or better, a lasting fix for this?

Hi, I’ve just started having this issue with my 2017 SQ7…. One shop has not been able to fix after replacing 1 module…
did you get yours fixed?

Thanks Brent

Default Fixed…

Brent,
fixed after around 4 weeks. I didn’t wait around for it though and was offered another new SQ7 instead. Turns out it was a faulty 48v battery and possible bad alternator…

think I would have wanted a new one too being 1 day old

hmmm, yeah they have gone over the 48v system but that appears on… booked into Audi in 2 weeks.
