1991 Quattro 90 20v 5 Speed Transmission Problems

I have a 1991 Quattro 90 20v that will not stay in second gear. Anyone know of someone that can work on these? I no problem sending the trans away.

sounds like a rebuild issueand could cost more to repair than getting a used one from a breakers yard, just a thought
