my car wont go in gear when it dose it slow r works

Could be low on fluid or the filter is starting to clog up. Has the fluid been changed in the transmission? These transmission need to have the fluid changed at least every 60K miles if not sooner. You might be lucky if this is the problem because the symptoms you give are a classic sign of the transmission failing. Once it starts slipping, it will burn the clutch packs up pretty quickly. I'd try a fluid and filter change and go from there.
