2000 a8 Headrest

I just bought an 2000 A8 and the drivers headrest will not adjust up or down?
Please help.

i've got the same prob w/my '99. gonna tackle it after the holidays. if you can put up wit it, for a couple more weeks i'll post back what i come up with.
