Overflow btl had been leaking replaced twice now it's worse fliud level is going up and down in the the btl fluid is all over the skid plate and now a noise is comming from the front of the engine. Any ideas my mechanic does't know

 

If there's noise up front you may be looking at a failing water pump. Surprised your mechanic didn't consider that...
