Does anyone know if I remove my radio will I be able to get to the back of the HU without removing the power? I don't have my radio ID card to unlock the radio if I disconnent it.

I bought the car used and the original owner put in an aftermarket amp and subwoofer. The original owner took the amp and sub and left me with a mess of wires and the upper door speakers not working. I want to get to the back of the HU to see what is going on back there.

Yes you can just pull it out

Actully you can disconnect the battery and not have to put in the radio code

The cluster now saves the code
