I was driving to work this morning and the car just shut down. I lost everything including power steering. Just about every light/warning imaginable came on and blinked at me. I pulled over, shut it down and it started right back up with the engine light on. I've got an appointed tomorrow at the dealer. Unfortunately my independent servicer couldn't get me in until Friday, so I am stuck taking a bath for whatever the dealer finds. Anyone have any ideas? I have 67k have kept regular service and haven't had many issues.

 

Dealer? yeah. you're gonna take a bath. If it's running fine with no noticable performance issues, just wait till your non stealer.....er..deal shop can get to it.

Without knowing what OBD Codes the ECU is showing (this is why the Check Engine Light is on) it's hard to tell what it was.

Also being the power steering is "powered" by the engine, you'll lose it when the engine stops running.
