2014 RS5 Rotor Warpage
I'm curious, I have a 2014 RS5 with 14K miles on it and I'm the only driver. I enjoy the performance aspects of this car but I never abuse it. I just got back from a dealer service visit and they told me the left front rotor is warped badly which is accounting for the shaking when I apply the breaks.
Does this sound like a warranty think or "normal" break related wear. The dealer thinks it's normal but I can't help but think that a car built for the track with massive rotors like this car has should be able to hold up more than 14,000 miles of moderate use - never been tracked!

Take the vehicle to a shop that is equipped to check the rotors for run-out, etc. More than once my authorized Audi dealer has gotten it WRONG.
Could be that you heated up the pads and then held down the pedal when the rotor was stationary. This deposits an uneven coating of pad material on the rotor. Several firm stops followed by a cooling period where the foot is left off the pedal will tell if this is the real issue. It is quite common. Real warpage, I have read, is quite rare.
