Ive recently been fixing up and old 80 series quattro, been coming along nice until last night I was parked and the "!" sign lit up, I was thinking oh great it stopped charging again or something, but no the little secondary radiator sprung a pin hole sized leak. Its all crusty and rotted out (265k on the car). What I was wondering is if I by-passed that radiator until I find a used one, will it be ok to drive without overheating? The parts car I have had its secondary one bypassed also. Any ideas? BTW, there is no air conditioning
