A friend of mine smashed his audi. I think it is a 1992 s1000 with a 2.8l v6. He hit a deer, dont worry the deer died and there are plenty of them in michigan. anyway during the crash his timing belt pulley broke. We found a new pulley and installed it. Before we try to start the engine we need to make sure that it is timed properly.
How can we check the timing? if its off how do we set it properly.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
