It's still running rough. At least when in idle. I didn't drive it today. I'm planning on getting some ethanol free 93 tomorrow and adding the injector cleaning solution. Running in idle it still sounds like I have a misfire. The exhaust is pretty choppy and it's still pretty rough. Definitely improved though.

Sounds like a plan.

Ran STP for about 10 minutes which completely took away misfire on cylinder 4. I still have misfire on 3 though. Does this sound like I need a new injector?

I'd run it a little longer. It may take a little more STP running though it to get it cleaned out. Take it for a short drive.

I drove it for maybe 2 miles. It was in a hilly and winding area so I never got it over 40mph. Definitely improved since the last time I drove it (beginning of this post) as I could actually get up to 40, but still very rough. I didn't see any improvement after this drive in it's idle compared to yesterday. The good news is I'm still only getting a code for cylinder 3 and nothing else. I'm concerned running it much longer might damage my catalytic converter and I really don't want to have to replace that. Does it sound like the injector should be my next plan of attack?

Pull the spark plug on that cylinder and see what it looks like. You might even try a new one in that hole first. If that doesn't fix it a idle, I would go ahead with an injector.

The sparks are practically new. So I'm thinking fuel pump. Would the repair kit fix this or will I need a completely new pump?

I don't think it's a the fuel pump. You'd be getting misfires on all cylinders since a fuel pressure drop would affect all the injectors.

Sorry, I meant injector. There is also an injector repair kit. I'm ordering both and if it just needs the kit I'll return the injector.

I see your evil plan... LOL

The repair kit is just the o-rings, a hat for the tip and possibly a filter insert on the supply side. You could try that first since it is a much cheaper.
