Default A4 Blades stopping at top of windshield

Hey, it snowed today, and the wipers were working fine, then all of a sudden it started stopping at the top of the windshield. So they do work, but instead of one motion resting at the bottom like normal, after it swipes it stops at the top thinking its the bottom. Hope this makes sense, i guess what i'm trying to say is that the blades are completely backwards at this point. How can i reset this??

Much thanks for any help~!

Theres a couple posibilitys on that model. One is that the linkage is corroded and sticking. Although i think your linkage may have just slipped on the motor. Remove the air plenum cover and look at the linkage where it connects to the wiper motor. The part connected to the motor should face to the right with the wipers in the rest position. If yours is someplace else you will have to loosen the nut that holds the linkage to the motor and rotate the wipers untill the arm that is connected directly to the motor faces to the right.
