Default A6 2.7T - Question on Boost Controllers

Hi guys

My experience is mainly on Jap performance... Skylines, Supras and the like. (is that booing i hear?!! lol)

I used to use electronic boost controllers (never liked the manual ones always thought they were a bit hit and miss!) to gain more pressure out of the turbos. Can the same thing be done with the A6 2.7T 2000 that i now own? On the Jap cars all I had to do was cap a boost solenoid which used to cut the fuel pressure off if the boost went too high. This would then allow me to run a little more pressure through the engine. Anything similar on this car?

Hope someone knows the answers!

Thanks

Latz
