i want to put a boost gauge and air fuel ration gauge in my b5.... what the deal with finding a nice matching a pillar??? also i want to put in a boost controller and turbo timer i notcied under my steering wheel on the left side there is a plastic strip that looks like it could be removed and you could put something in it... anyone know what the deal is with that??

THe boost controller and turbo timers going to run you some money. Not so much the timer but the controller .
That plastic strip is so you could take the knee bolster out, but i have seen people mount things in there.
