a6 interior lights fuse keeps blowing
Hi, i have a 2000 a6, the fuse for the interior lights, windows, and alarm system (fuse # 14) keeps blowing every time i put one in. I understand this is a ground problem or a short wire. I need to know if I need to do this manually where exactly do i need to look first? when the fuse blows i get the sign of three doors open except the driver's. the interior lights keep flashing a little before it blows. This is some info which i hope someone could use to tell me where i need to look to fix the shortage.

in case some one else is facing the same problem, it turned out to be a short in a wire under the passenger seat. There is a little light on the passenger's front seat, that lights up when the rear door is opened. The wire for this light was short, so I just unplugged it, since it's basically useless. Took me a year and a half but i didn't spend a penny. If someone else is having problem let me know.
