Hello folks,
Does anyone out here know how to tell whether a used remote sold on EBAY will work in a 2002 A8. I understand that Audi used several styles if transponders in that year and am wondering how to find which one will work in my car.

if you already have one key, open the key and there's some numbers inside............e-mail the guy on ebay and ask if the numbers are the same............thats the only way the key is going to work with the car
