2001 Audi A4

A few days after driving through some heavy rain (not sure if they're connected but I am also missing engine skid plate) my electric locks, windows, sunroof stopped working. In addition, the cabin lights do not go on and off as the doors are opened (the lights do work if you flip the interior switch though.)

The electric mirror controls, seat controls still work and everything (dash lights, heating, cooling, radio is all in good shape. ) Any suggestions?? Btw, trying to roll windows up or down with the key method has no effect either. Any advice much appreciated!!

Im having the same exact problem on a 99 1.8T quattro A4..... did you figure out whats wrong???

Alex - I have the same issue. In my 2000 A4 Avant there is an issue blowing the fuse. I have changed all of the consumables on this circuit so I think it is a short. Did you find a root cause?
