Does anyone know how to get rid of the beeping sound when the door is open, key in ignition, no seat belt, basically everything that it beeps for. It's obnoxious and I didnt pay XXXXX amount of money for a 300+hp engine that beeps like an a**hole when its not even moving.

I don't have a 2007 S4 so don't know, but have you tried the dealer? It doesn't sound like you enjoy/ like the car very much, all newer cars have several warning chimes.

 

oh man that las line was just so funny, i dont know why. anyways from what i understand you might be able to disable it through vag-com. theres alot of neat stuff you can do with vag com so try to find someone with it because the dealer wont do anything.

 

Have a 2000 A6 Avant. Had ob2 scanned and since have annoying chime with yellow light on(not in dash but below dash, red on left, yellow on right). Can't find any mention in manual and no lights are on dash. What is this? Thanks.
