I have a five month old A3 TDI Sport with 6000 miles on clock...For the last 3000 miles I am experiencing a 'judder' on the engine.

This only happens when the engine is cold and I am coming to a halt. It's as if the engine management system can't bring the rpm down smoothly
Prior to this I had three Gold GT TDI's and the early ones had the same problem.

CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE..............................

 

warranty issue I'm sure, you could invalidate it if you mess with the engine

 

Tried that...........They reduced the idle tick over very very slightly which did help. However, the judder is still there and only stops after the engine is fully warmed up
