Audi A4 acceleration issues
Hey.
I'm new to this board, so forgive me if i placed this thread wrong.
Some time ago i bought an Audi A4 1995 1,6 with 290.000km.
Recently i discovered that the car got some serious acceleration problems.
When i accelerate hard the engine just almost dies like there is no acceleration left at all. If i continue accelerate, the car jumps/shake very much like you drive over a brick on the road or something like that. And if i accelerate hard from second to third gear, the enghine vibrate/shake and there's no acceleration left at all. The car can't at the moment drive much faster than 100km/t.
I have tried changing the lambda probe with no luck (audi's recomendation), and one of my friends has checked all kind of filters on the car - and there was nothing to notice. The spark plugs is fine too
Have you guys experience the same thing, or know what the issue might be?
