Default Getting pissed... Acceleration Issues

First time post boys and girls so be gentle. I've looked around a few threads for the answer to my question, spent a good amount of money on a few remedies suggested, and still not fixed.

Under full throttle it feels like (and this is the best description I can give without you hearing it) going up stairs. Turbo spools, stops, more acceleration, stops, continues accelerating.

Started with a CEL for secondary air whatever, and a bank1 O2 sensor... Fixed

Still idling rough... replaced with 2.0 coils and plug

More rough idle, realized I was hearing a blow-off valve sound from my stock diverter valve... Replaced with an APR R1.

I have an APR cat-back, ECS test pipe, and AFE intake.

Fill me in on WTF I need. Do I need a flash? Is it fuel cut-out? Please help.

Thanks,
T
