Just yesterday I spent about 6 hours+ replacing both my rack and pinion. I drove it for about 40 minutes afterwards to allow the power steering to start flowing through and to get the air bubbles out. It quieted down a bit, but today when I started it, it was whining much louder. Is this normal or did I do something wrong? Is there a certain amount of time I should give it to quiet down? And yes, I checked and it hasn't leaked or lost any power steering since I replaced it (yesterday).
