Audi Q5 Quattro

Audi Q5 Quattro
We recently bought a 2012 Q5 Quattro and noticed a shudder in the steering wheel whenever we make a sharp turn or back out, turn and pull forward. Our Audi dealer/service guys initially told us it was an issue with the power steering hose and they pulled everything out, replaced the hose and reprogrammed the power steering. However, the shudder stopped for a while but is back. I took it back to the Audi guys and they now tell me this happens in all Q5 Quattro vehicles and that it's nothing to worry about and that there's nothing they can do. We are not buying it and feel there's something wrong or maybe it's an engineering failure. Appreciate any help from an expert or another Q5 owner who is experiencing the same issues. Thank you!!

Yes, this was a very common problem on the a4 and q5 with the 2.0 engine. Audi released an updated hose. If it has been installed , that's the only current fix I know of. Won't harm the vehicle at all, just a little annoying. May want to call audi customer service and ask them if you're not satisfied...
