Overview:
I own a 2000 audi s4 base with the 2.7 i recently took the stock ko3 turbos out and put new ko3's on it i have an automatic transmission

problem:
When i reach 40 mph the car slows and rocks as if it were in limp mode, but its not. Theres no check engine light and i checked the rear differential fluid and added about half quart. ( i know that isnt part of the problem)
