Audi TT 225 drain plug randomly opening?

Audi TT 225 drain plug randomly opening?
Hey Guys, So I've had my 01 TT 225 for about two months and on random occassions, twice to be exact, my coolant drain plug on the driver side of the radiator has randomly opened up and caused me to lose all of my coolant.. It is really odd, and I cannot find any other tabs on it. Any advice would be helpful
