Default Battery died. Now problems.

Hey everyone. I'm new here after searching around the webs I could not find a good answer to my issue.
I have a 97 Audi A4 with the 2.3 non turbo. My interior light was left on all night and killed the battery.
Next morning I jump started it and it ran like doo doo. Sluggish throttle response and some back firing with an engine light.
I had it scanned and 4 codes popped up.

16507 Throttle Position Sensor Input Too High.
17952 Throttle Actuation Signal Too High
17953 Throttle Valve Regulation Malfunction
17967 Idle Speed Control Throttle Position Adaptation Malfunction.

Could this be due to relearning from a dead battery? I've had it jumped before but never ever had an issue like this before.
Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

Do a search for Throttle Body Adaptation - you need to realign the throttle. That'll fix the driveability issues.
