Default bent aftermarket rim, safe spare tire size/usage question

My new 2000 s4 appears to have a bent rim (iforged 19" came with the car),. The tire will not hold any air and has a very fast leak at the inside bead where the rim appears to be mangeled. I'm rather pissed off because this is after my first day owning the car.

My question though is this: On my mustang I know you can not run a spare tire in the rear with a different overall diameter because it will burn out the clutch-packs in the rear diff. Since my audi has quattro does this mean that I can not use a spare tire at all when using my aftermarket rims?

thanks

As long as all the tires have the same diameter it's good.
Same size and tread should be used.

if the aftermarket wheels you're using have teh SAME rolling diameter as your stock wheels then your spare will work just fine. If not, I'd only recommend using it to get you to someplace where you can either get your wheel fixed or replaced.
